Rezultra ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Bengaluru, India, operating at rezultra.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we store it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of data: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically as you browse.
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company and website, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you write. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Tag Manager to deploy measurement tools such as Google Analytics. Depending on the cookie choices you make in our consent banner, these tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time on site, referring website, and approximate location (derived from IP, not GPS). We currently do not run paid advertising or remarketing campaigns. If that changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated before any such tags go live.
How we store enquiry data
Contact form submissions are sent to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, accessible only to authorised Rezultra personnel. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following bases, as applicable to your location:
- Consent — for analytics and any future marketing cookies, and for responding to enquiries you initiate.
- Legitimate interest — for essential site operation, security, and fraud prevention.
- Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver a service you've engaged us for.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
- EU/UK visitors — these rights are provided under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.
- Indian visitors — these rights are provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
- US visitors — depending on your state, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA to know what's collected and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal data).

Data retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver a service, or comply with legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
