Rezultra Tools: Terms of Use

  1. Who we are. These terms cover the free tools at rezultra.com/tools, run by Rezultra, Bengaluru, India (“Rezultra”, “we”). Contact:hello@rezultra.com.
  2. YouTube. Our Social Media Benchmark uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. YouTube channel and video data are provided by YouTube and shown as YouTube reports them.
  3. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including data from YouTube API Services. Google’s Privacy Policy is athttp://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
  4. Free and for information. The tools are free and provided as they are, for general information. They are not professional advice, and we don’t guarantee that results are complete or error-free.
  5. Fair use. Use the tools yourself, through our pages, to check your own or your clients’ websites and channels. Don’t use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated means to send requests, scrape our tools or their results, or call the tools’ API directly, and don’t try to get around our limits or security checks. We may limit or block access to keep the tools working.
  6. No copying. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or take apart the tools, their code, checks, scoring or methods (except where the law allows it regardless of this term), and you may not reuse the tools, their output or their design in another product or service, whether free or paid. That includes reselling or republishing results in bulk, offering the tools or their results to others as your own, and showing the tools inside another website (framing or mirroring) or removing our name from them. You may share and use the report for your own website or business.
  7. Ownership. The tools, including their code, design, text, checks and scoring, belong to Rezultra and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using them doesn’t give you any rights in them beyond using them as these terms allow. YouTube data stays subject to YouTube’s terms.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
